Tipton is a film about the small town that is at the heart of the Black Country. Based upon recorded stories, archival images and contemporary shots, the film reflects many of changes that local people have experienced during their lives. The participants speak about many things that are important to them,  including their childhood and growing up, poverty, the world of work, and the importance of community.
Commissioned as part of the Unseen Sandwell project that is currently exploring the Jubilee Archive.
